  • All players are eligible for the prize if they are elibigible to play in the Classic PEs.
  • The CQ.com administrator will decide which events qualify for the Player of The Year Award. In general, all classic constructed "daily events" qualify. In the event of a dispute, the Wizards of the Coast (WOTC) event co-oridinator (Wotc_Mike) will decide which events qualify.
  • WOTC employees and members with access to enter decklists on CQ.com for WoTC sanctioned tournament are ineligible for prizes, even though the may be ranked. Should one or more members place in a prize winning position, the next highest placing person will take the ineligible members place.
  • You may have as many accounts as you wish actively participating in the Player of the Year contest, but your accounts can not be combined in ay way, shape or form in the standings. If you should lose access to an account, only the WOTC Event Cooridnator may request a combination of points to a single account. This provision is only to allow those people who may have had their accounts suspended for reasons in which the CQ administrator has deemed relevant to continuing in fair play. Members who lose their accounts and forced to use alternate accounts for violations of the code of conduct of Magic Online will not be considered.
